Overview

About the project

Toollip sells and repairs professional-grade power tools for contractors, construction companies and homeowners. After outgrowing their original template-built site, they came back to Desverso to rebuild it from the ground up — a faster, fully custom site with a premium look, a real online store for used and new tools, structured service pages, and clear paths to request a repair, quote or estimate.

The Challenge

What we set out to solve

The original template-based site no longer matched a business with 20+ years of repair experience. Toollip needed to look established and premium, load fast, sell both used and new tools online, and convert visitors into repair, quote and estimate requests — all while clearly presenting every service from diagnostics to motor repair and preventive maintenance.

Our Approach

How we rebuilt it

We rebuilt the entire site as a fast, fully custom build in a sleek dark interface with a warm orange accent. A real online store handles used and new tools, every service has its own dedicated page, and a guided ‘Repair & Free Quote’ flow plus an Estimates request route visitors straight to conversion. Trust elements — brands serviced (Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt and more), experience stats and a support hub — run throughout.

Behind the Scenes

A custom admin dashboard

Beyond the storefront, we built Toollip a full management dashboard — revenue at a glance, live orders, inventory with low-stock alerts, brands, categories, sales reports and page content, all controlled from one place.
