Automated tests that guard every release
We build automated test suites — unit, API and end-to-end — that run in your pipeline on every change, so regressions are caught in minutes and your team can ship more often without long manual retest cycles.

Overview
Building automation your team will keep
Automated testing is software, and it rots like any other software when nobody owns it. The difference between a suite that protects every release and one that gets switched off after six months lies in a few choices: what to automate, at which level, how test data is controlled and how failures are reported. We treat the test code with the same care as product code, because your team will be reading it for years.
The most important trade-off is level. Unit tests are fast and pinpoint failures but say little about how features work together. API tests cover business logic with good speed and stability. Browser and mobile end-to-end tests prove the full journey but are the slowest and most fragile. Visual regression catches layout changes that functional checks miss. We automate each check at the lowest level that can catch the problem.
A good suite runs fast enough for every pull request, fails only for real defects, and tells the developer exactly what broke and where without a debugging session. Developers trust it enough to act on every red build, and adding a new test for a new feature feels like a normal part of the work rather than a chore.
Who it’s for
Built for teams like yours
- 01
Teams drowning in regression
Products where manual regression takes days each release and keeps growing, so testers have no time left for new features or exploratory work. Automation gives that time back.
- 02
Developers lacking coverage
Engineering teams that know they need tests but have no framework, conventions or time set aside, and want a working foundation they can extend. We pair with them as we build it.
- 03
Owners of flaky suites
Teams whose existing automated tests fail randomly, take too long or are ignored, and need them stabilized or rebuilt so results mean something again. Some tests are fixed, others retired.
Why it matters
Let machines repeat the checks
Every release needs the same core journeys checked again: sign up, log in, pay, save, export. Doing that by hand gets slower as the product grows and eventually gets skipped. Automated tests run those checks in minutes, every time, and fail loudly when something breaks, freeing your people to test the new and unusual.
We focus on suites that stay reliable and readable, because a flaky or unmaintained test suite is worse than none. Tests live in your repository, follow your coding conventions and are documented, so your developers can extend them confidently long after we finish.
Every engagement includes
- Automation assessmentwe decide what is worth automating first based on risk and repetition.
- Framework setupa test project structured in your repository with conventions, helpers and test data tools.
- Test suite buildautomated coverage for priority journeys, APIs and components, reviewed like product code.
- CI integrationtests running in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or your pipeline, with clear pass and fail reporting.
- Stability passflaky tests diagnosed and fixed so the suite earns your team’s trust.
- Documentation and trainingguides and a session so your developers can write and maintain new tests.
Features
Automation done properly
- 01
Balanced test pyramid
Many fast unit tests, solid API coverage and a lean set of end-to-end tests for critical journeys.
- 02
Modern web frameworks
End-to-end suites in Playwright or Cypress with page objects and fixtures that stay easy to maintain.
- 03
Mobile app automation
Appium, XCUITest and Espresso tests for iOS and Android, run on emulators or cloud device farms.
- 04
API and contract tests
Tests for endpoints, payloads and error handling so integrations break in CI, not in production.
- 05
Flake-resistant design
Stable selectors, controlled test data and proper waits so failures mean real bugs, not timing noise.
- 06
Runs in your pipeline
Suites triggered on pull requests and deploys, with reports and artifacts your developers can read.
In practice
What we automate
Critical web journeys
Sign-up, login, search, checkout and account management covered by browser tests that run on every pull request and across the browsers your customers use. Failures include screenshots, traces and logs for quick diagnosis.
API regression coverage
Endpoints tested for correct responses, validation, permissions and error handling, giving fast coverage of business rules without depending on the user interface. These tests run in seconds and pinpoint which rule broke.
Visual regression checks
Screenshots of key screens compared on each change so unintended layout, spacing or styling shifts are caught before they reach customers. Intended changes are approved with one click so baselines stay current.
Mobile smoke suites
A compact set of iOS and Android tests run on emulators or device clouds for each build, confirming the app launches and core flows still work. Failures block the build from reaching testers or stores.
Process
How we work
- 1
Pick the targets
We rank candidate tests by risk, frequency of manual repetition and stability of the feature, and agree a first batch that will pay back soonest. The backlog is reviewed with your team.
- 2
Lay the foundation
We set up the framework, folder structure, helpers, test data factories and environment configuration so writing a new test takes minutes, not hours. Conventions are documented in the repository readme.
- 3
Write in slices
Tests are written journey by journey and reviewed as pull requests, with clear naming and assertions so a failing test explains itself. Each slice runs in CI before the next begins.
- 4
Wire into CI
Suites run on pull requests and deploys with parallel execution, retries limited to known infrastructure issues and reports linked directly from the pipeline. Developers see results without leaving the pull request.
- 5
Keep it trustworthy
We track flaky tests, quarantine and fix them quickly, and leave a maintenance guide covering selectors, data and when to delete a test. Suite health is reviewed regularly with the team.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Anything else about Automated QA? Ask us directly.
For web we typically use Playwright or Cypress, with Jest, Vitest, pytest or JUnit for unit tests depending on your stack. For mobile we use Appium, XCUITest and Espresso, or Detox for React Native. For APIs we use code-based tests or Postman collections. We match tools to your languages so your developers can maintain them.
