Make your software talk to each other

Systems integration and API development that connect your CRM, accounting, ecommerce and operations tools — so data moves automatically and your team stops copying it by hand.

Overview

How integration work actually gets decided

Systems integration starts with a business question, not a technical one: which record is the source of truth? If a customer’s address lives in your CRM, your accounting package and your shipping tool, one of them has to win when they disagree. We settle ownership for every important entity — customers, products, orders, invoices — before writing any code, because most integration failures trace back to two systems both believing they are in charge of the same data.

The next decision is the pattern. Point-to-point connections are quick when you link two or three tools, but they multiply into a web nobody can follow once you reach eight or ten. A middleware layer or integration platform adds a component to run, yet gives you one place to log, retry and change flows. We recommend the lightest pattern that will still make sense in two years, and explain where it stops scaling.

Good integration is mostly invisible. Staff stop exporting spreadsheets, numbers agree across reports, and when a sync does fail, someone hears about it within minutes rather than at month-end close. We judge the work by how rarely your team has to think about it. In practice that means fewer spreadsheets passed around, fewer questions about which report is right, and a short list of flows your team understands well enough to change when the business does.

Who it’s for

Built for teams like yours

  • 01

    Operations-heavy small businesses

Teams running sales, inventory, invoicing and fulfillment across separate tools, where staff spend part of every day re-keying orders or reconciling numbers that should already match.

  • 02

    Growing mid-size companies

Companies that added software department by department and now need those systems to share customers, products and financial data without a full platform replacement. They usually need structure more than new software.

  • 03

    Firms replacing one system

Businesses swapping out a CRM, ERP or accounting package that need the new tool wired into everything the old one fed, with history carried across.

Why it matters

Stop retyping the same data twice

Most businesses run on a dozen tools that don't share information. Staff end up exporting, copying and re-entering data, which wastes hours and quietly introduces errors.

We connect your systems with reliable integrations and APIs, so accurate information flows to wherever it's needed the moment it changes.

Every engagement includes

  • Integration auditwe map your systems, data flows and manual handoffs.
  • Architecture planthe right approach, from direct APIs to middleware or webhooks.
  • Developmentintegrations built with clean code, logging and clear documentation.
  • Data mappingfields matched and transformed so information arrives correctly.
  • Testingend-to-end checks with real scenarios before anything goes live.
  • Monitoring & handoveralerts configured and documentation delivered to your team.

Features

Built to connect

  1. 01

    Custom API development

Secure, well-documented APIs that expose your data to the tools that need it.

  2. 02

    Third-party integrations

Connect platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Shopify and Stripe reliably.

  3. 03

    Workflow automation

Trigger actions across systems automatically when orders, leads or records change.

  4. 04

    Real-time data sync

Keep customers, inventory and orders consistent across every platform you use.

  5. 05

    Error handling & alerts

Failed syncs are logged, retried and flagged so nothing slips through quietly.

  6. 06

    Legacy system bridges

Connect older software to modern tools without replacing what still works well.

In practice

Where integration earns its keep

  • Order-to-cash without retyping

An ecommerce or CRM order creates the customer and invoice in accounting, reserves stock and notifies fulfillment, so finance and the warehouse work from the same record instead of copies.

  • One customer view

Contact details, purchase history and support tickets kept consistent across sales, billing and service tools, so whoever picks up the phone sees the same customer everyone else does. Updates made in one tool reach the others within minutes.

  • Consolidated reporting data

Figures from several operational systems landed nightly or continuously in one database or warehouse, giving leadership reports built on one set of numbers instead of competing spreadsheets. Each figure can be traced back to the system it came from.

  • Bridging an older core system

A legacy ERP or line-of-business application that still does its job connected to modern SaaS tools through file drops, database views or a thin API layer we build around it.

Process

How we work

  1. 1

    Systems inventory

We list every application in scope, who uses it, what data it holds and how information moves between them today, including the spreadsheets and copy-paste steps nobody formally documented. Interviews with daily users fill the gaps.

  2. 2

    Ownership rules

For each shared entity we agree which system is the source of truth, which fields flow in which direction, and how conflicts are resolved when two systems change the same record.

  3. 3

    Pattern selection

We choose between direct connections, webhooks, an integration platform or custom middleware for each flow, weighing volume, latency, vendor limits and how much your team wants to maintain. The reasoning for each choice is written down.

  4. 4

    Flow build

Each integration is built and tested against sandbox or copy data first, with logging, retries and alerts included, then switched on one flow at a time so problems stay contained.

  5. 5

    Reconcile, hand over

After go-live we compare record counts and totals across systems, fix any drift, then hand over flow diagrams and runbooks so your team can see what runs and where. Ongoing checks can run on a schedule.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Anything else about Systems Integration & API? Ask us directly.

  1. It depends on scope — how many systems are involved, whether they have usable APIs, and how complex the data mapping is. We assess that first, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.
