The everyday friction
What slows logistics & supply chain down — and what we build
What gets in the way
Where-is-my-shipment calls
Customers phone for status because tracking is vague or missing, and dispatchers stop planning to look up locations and call drivers one at a time.
Dispatch on whiteboards
Jobs are assigned from a board, a spreadsheet and memory, so late changes, driver hours and vehicle capacity are hard to balance during the day.
Warehouse counts disagree
Stock on the shelf, in the system and on the dock rarely match, so pickers hunt for items and orders ship late or incomplete.
What we build
Shipment tracking
Customer-facing tracking pages and notifications driven by scans and driver updates, showing status, estimated arrival and proof of delivery with photos or signatures.
Dispatch & routing
A dispatcher board for assigning jobs to drivers and vehicles, with mapping and routing, capacity checks and live changes pushed to the driver’s app.
Warehouse systems
Receiving, put-away, picking, packing and cycle counts with barcode scanning, so the system matches the shelf and every movement has a record.
Driver mobile app
An app for drivers showing their route, stop details and instructions, capturing scans, photos and signatures, and working offline between coverage areas.
Exception management
Alerts for late pickups, failed deliveries, damaged goods and route delays, assigned to someone on the operations team with a clear resolution workflow.
The journey, connected
The shipment journey, pickup to doorstep
- 01
Book the shipment
The customer books a pickup online or through an integration, with addresses, dimensions and service level validated upfront.
- 02
Dispatch and collect
Dispatch assigns the job, the driver receives the route on their phone, and the pickup scan updates tracking.
- 03
Move and monitor
Each scan and location update feeds the tracking page, and exceptions are flagged to operations before the customer notices.
- 04
Deliver and confirm
Proof of delivery with signature or photo is captured, and the customer and shipper are notified immediately.

FAQ
Logistics & Supply Chain: common questions
Something else? Ask us directly.
Usually, yes. If your handheld scanners or warehouse software record events, Desverso can feed those events into tracking. Where you have no scanning in place, we can build a mobile scanning app that runs on ordinary phones or rugged devices, depending on the conditions your team works in.
