Yes. Staff at each location see the orders, transfers and pickups assigned to their store, while head office sees the whole picture. Permissions are set by role and location, so a store manager can adjust local stock without being able to change company-wide pricing or settings.

Do you build for single-location shops?

Yes. A single shop often needs a straightforward online store, click-and-collect and a simple loyalty program rather than a multi-store system.
