The problem it solves
When dispatch runs on phone calls and guesswork
Delivery operations often depend on a dispatcher with a phone, a whiteboard and a group chat. Customers call to ask where their order is, drivers wait for instructions between jobs, and proof of delivery is a signature on paper that may never make it back to the office before a dispute is raised.
A delivery platform gives everyone the same picture: dispatch assigns jobs from a live map, drivers follow planned routes in an app, and customers track their own order without calling anyone.
Who uses it
Customer
Places an order, pays, picks a delivery window and follows the driver on a map until the order arrives.
Dispatcher
Sees every open order and driver on one map, assigns or reassigns jobs, and handles exceptions as they appear.
Driver
Accepts jobs, follows turn-by-turn routes, scans or photographs deliveries and records any problems from the app.
Operations manager
Reviews on-time performance, driver utilisation, delivery costs and customer feedback to plan zones, shifts and pricing.

How it works
From order placed to proof of delivery
- 01
Order comes in
From the app, the website, a partner portal or a connected point of sale, with address and delivery window.
- 02
Driver is assigned
Dispatch rules suggest the nearest available driver; the dispatcher confirms or adjusts, and the driver accepts in the app.
- 03
On the road
The driver follows the planned route while the customer and dispatch watch the live position and arrival estimate.
- 04
Delivered with proof
The driver captures a photo, signature or scan, and the customer gets a delivered notification straight away.
- 05
Settled and reviewed
Payment settles, driver earnings update, and the delivery time feeds the dashboard used to plan the next shift.

FAQ
Questions about delivery systems
Something else? Ask us directly.
Yes. The driver app keeps the current job list, addresses and route on the device, so it keeps working in basements, rural areas and dead spots. Photos, signatures and status updates are stored locally and sent as soon as the connection returns, with timestamps from when they were actually captured.
