Digital Products & Engineering · Maintenance & Support Launch is the start — not the finish
Software decays if you leave it alone. Browsers change, phones update, dependencies break, attackers probe, AI models drift. Our monthly care plans keep what you built secure, current and earning — with a plan tailored to each kind of product.
Overview
Why software needs care after launch
Nothing digital stays finished. Operating systems update, browsers drop old features, libraries publish security fixes, app stores tighten their rules, hosting providers retire services and AI vendors deprecate models. A product that is left untouched does not hold its value; it slowly accumulates risk until something breaks at the worst possible moment, usually when a customer is trying to use it.
The main decision is how you want that risk managed. You can fix problems as they appear, which feels cheaper until an outage or a breach. You can rely on an in-house developer, which works if they have the time and breadth. Or you can put a care plan in place, with monitoring, scheduled updates and a known person responsible. Different products need different care, which is why there are five separate plans.
Good maintenance is mostly invisible: updates applied on schedule, backups that are tested, alerts acted on before users notice, and a clear record of what changed each month. It also means someone already knows your product when a real problem appears, so time is spent fixing it rather than learning how the system works. That familiarity is often what turns a crisis into a short interruption.
Who it’s for
Built for teams like yours
- 01
Owners without in-house developers
Businesses whose website, app or system was built by an agency or freelancer who has moved on, leaving nobody responsible for updates, security or small changes.
- 02
Teams running business-critical software
Companies where downtime stops orders, bookings or operations, and who want monitoring, tested backups and a known response path rather than hoping nothing goes wrong.
- 03
Live product owners
Teams with titles or AI features in market that must keep pace with OS releases, store policies, engine updates and model changes while still shipping improvements.
Why it matters
Every plan includes
Every plan includes
- Proactive monitoringwe find the problem before your customers do.
- Security & backupspatched, backed up, and restorable if the worst happens.
- A named point of contacta real person who knows your build, not a ticket queue.
- Monthly reportwhat we did, what we caught, what's coming next.
- No lock-inmonth to month. You own your code, data and accounts throughout.
- We didn't have to build itwe happily take over and maintain someone else's work.
In practice
Situations a care plan covers
Inheriting an orphaned product
The original developer is unavailable. We audit the code, hosting and accounts, recover access where needed, document what we find, and bring the product onto a regular maintenance schedule. You also receive a written summary of the risks we found.
Keeping apps live through OS releases
Each year Apple and Google release new OS versions and store requirements. We test against previews, update SDKs and submit compliant builds before your app is affected. Store policy changes are tracked so you are never caught by surprise.
Recovering from an incident
After a hack, outage or data loss, we restore from backups, close the hole that caused it, and put monitoring and alerts in place so the same problem is caught early next time.
Controlling AI behavior and spend
An AI feature that answered well at launch starts drifting or costing more. We re-run evaluations, tune prompts, refresh knowledge sources and track usage so quality and costs stay predictable.
Process
How we work
- 1
Onboarding audit
We review code, hosting, accounts, dependencies, backups and monitoring, record the current state in writing, and flag anything that must be fixed before regular maintenance can begin. Nothing is changed until you have read the findings.
- 2
Plan matching
We match each product you run to the right care plan, whether website, mobile app, software, game live-ops or AI product, and agree priorities, response expectations and contacts. If you run several products, they can share one arrangement.
- 3
Monitoring setup
We connect uptime, error, performance and security monitoring to your product and route alerts to the person responsible, so issues are seen before customers have to report them. Thresholds are tuned to avoid noisy alerts.
- 4
Scheduled upkeep
Each month we apply updates and patches in a staging environment first, test, then release, alongside agreed small changes, backup restore checks and any store submissions. Every change is logged so it can be traced later.
- 5
Monthly review
You receive a report covering what changed, what we caught, upcoming OS, platform or model changes, and recommendations, with a short call whenever a decision is needed. Nothing changes in scope without your agreement.

Care plans
A different plan for each product
A website and an AI product fail in completely different ways — so they don't get the same care plan. Pick the one that matches what you run.
Website Care
Keeps your site fast, secure and up to date — so it never quietly stops earning.
- Security patches & malware monitoring
- Daily backups & one-click restore
- Uptime & speed monitoring
- Content & small design edits
- Monthly health report
Mobile App Care
Apps break when iOS and Android change. We keep yours compliant and shipping.
- iOS & Android OS-update compatibility

Each product type gets its own plan, because a website and an AI product fail in completely different ways: Website Care, Mobile App Care, Software Care, Game Live-Ops Care and AI Product Care. We quote the plan that matches what you run after a short review of it, and if you run more than one product we bundle them at a lower combined rate.
