Overview

Choosing between augmented and virtual reality

Augmented reality adds digital content to the world a person can already see, through a phone camera or a see-through headset. Virtual reality replaces that world with a fully rendered one. The right choice depends on where people will be, what device they already carry, and whether the goal is to inform someone in place or transport them somewhere they cannot easily go.

Reach and depth pull in opposite directions. A browser-based AR viewer works on almost any modern phone with no install, but has limited rendering power. A headset delivers far more presence and interaction, but someone has to buy, charge, update and hand out the hardware. Many projects start with one format and add the other once the content proves itself.

A strong immersive project has a single clear job, runs smoothly on the target device, and can be set up by someone who was not in the room when it was built. It also has an owner on your side who knows how to update content, check analytics and decide what the next version should do.

Who it’s for

Built for teams like yours

  • 01

    Brands selling physical products

Retailers and manufacturers who want shoppers to place furniture, equipment or fixtures in their own space, or inspect a product at true scale, before they buy or request a quote.

  • 02

    Training and safety teams

Organizations that need people to rehearse procedures that are dangerous, expensive or rare in real life, and want repeatable practice that can be scheduled any time.

  • 03

    Venues and property marketers

Real estate developers, museums, campuses and event teams who want to let people walk through a space that is unfinished, distant or temporarily closed. Access for remote audiences matters here too.

Why it matters

Immersion with a clear purpose

Great AR and VR is not a gimmick. We start with the outcome you need — faster training, more confident buyers, stronger brand moments — and design the immersive experience around it.

Then we build it to run smoothly on the devices your audience already owns, from phones and browsers to dedicated headsets.

Every engagement includes

  • Concept & strategywe define the goal, audience and best platform before building.
  • Interaction designintuitive controls and flows that feel natural, even to first-timers.
  • 3D assetsmodels, environments and textures created or optimized for real-time use.
  • Developmentbuilt for mobile, web or headsets based on where your audience is.
  • Device testingchecked on real hardware for comfort, stability and performance.
  • Launch & supportpublishing, deployment guidance and updates as platforms evolve.

Features

Built to engage

  1. 01

    Product visualization

Let customers place, rotate and explore your products in their own space.

  2. 02

    Immersive training

Safe, repeatable simulations that let teams practice real tasks without real-world risk.

  3. 03

    Virtual tours

Walk prospects through spaces, venues or facilities from anywhere, at any time.

  4. 04

    Web-based AR

Experiences that open straight from a link or QR code, with no download required.

  5. 05

    Smooth performance

Optimized 3D assets and code that keep frame rates high and motion comfortable.

  6. 06

    Measurable engagement

Built-in analytics so you can see how people interact and where they drop off.

In practice

Common immersive projects

  • Interactive product configurator

Customers choose colors, sizes and options on a 3D model and then place it in their room through their phone camera, helping them picture fit and finish before ordering. It can link straight to a quote request.

  • Headset-based skills practice

Staff run through equipment startup, emergency response or customer conversations in a virtual setting, with each step tracked so trainers can see where people hesitate or make mistakes. Scenarios can be rerun as often as needed.

  • Walkthrough before construction

Buyers or stakeholders explore a building, unit or site at full scale before it exists, switching between finish options and viewing the space from different times of day. It also helps settle design decisions earlier.

  • Trade show showpiece

A short, guided experience on headsets or tablets at your booth that demonstrates a large or complex product that is impractical to ship and set up on the floor. It also gives sales staff a reason to start conversations.

Process

How we work

  1. 1

    Format decision

We weigh your audience, setting, device budget and content against phone AR, WebAR and headset VR, and recommend one primary format with the reasoning written down. Hardware and distribution costs are part of that comparison.

  2. 2

    Storyboarding

Key scenes are sketched and then blocked out with simple shapes on the real device, so scale, pacing and interaction can be judged before any polished art is made. Feedback at this stage is cheap to act on.

  3. 3

    Asset production

3D models, environments, lighting and audio are created or converted from your CAD and photography, then reduced to polygon and texture budgets that hold frame rate. Asset files stay in open formats you keep.

  4. 4

    Interactive build

Interactions, menus, tracking and any data connections are developed in short cycles, with builds installed on target devices each week for your team to try. Each build notes what changed and what still needs testing.

  5. 5

    Release and handoff

We publish to app stores, the web or managed devices, provide setup instructions for staff, and hand over source projects so future updates are not dependent on us. We stay available for questions during the first weeks after release.

  1. It depends on scope — the platform, the amount of 3D content, interaction complexity and whether you need multiplayer or integrations. We scope it with you first, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.
