Desverso reviews how your current tools are used, where they fall short, and what migrating courses and records would involve. We recommend a custom platform only when it clearly serves your institution better than configuring or integrating existing software.

How do you handle student privacy requirements?

Requirements differ depending on the learners’ ages, the type of institution and where it operates. You define them with your advisers, and Desverso builds the controls they call for, such as role-based access, consent records and data retention rules. We document these measures; we do not certify compliance ourselves.

Will the system cope with enrollment week?

Yes, if it is planned for. We design for peak periods such as enrollment openings, registration deadlines and exam results, testing the system under heavier load before launch. Hosting can be scaled up for those windows and back down afterwards, so you are not paying for peak capacity all year.

Can parents and students have separate accounts?

Yes. Portals can link parent or guardian accounts to one or more students, with each role seeing what your policies allow. A parent might see attendance and balances, while a student sees coursework and grades. Older students can be given control over what is shared, depending on your rules.
