Two businesses that had to live on one site

Toollip isn't a simple shop - it's two businesses in one: a marketplace selling both used and new power tools, and a service operation offering guided repair, quotes and estimates. Off-the-shelf ecommerce couldn't handle that mix.

Buyers of used tools want confidence and clarity; service customers want an easy way to describe a problem and get a quote. The site had to serve both, look sharp and load fast - without confusing the customer.
