They also wanted to educate: clear, non-clinical condition guides that help patients understand their options, plus a small wellness shop - all without the site feeling cold, salesy or overwhelming.

We led with tone. Every decision - soft palette, generous spacing, warm imagery, plain-language copy - was made to lower anxiety and build trust. The booking path was placed front and centre so help is always one click away.

We structured the content around the patient journey: understand the practice, explore conditions and approaches, meet the doctor, then book. Condition guides were written to inform without alarming, and the wellness shop was woven in so it supports care rather than distracting from it.
