Give clinicians their time back - without touching patient privacy

Clinicians lose hours every day to documentation. After each consultation a provider typically spends 10-15 minutes writing up notes - time taken straight out of patient care or personal time, and a leading driver of burnout. ClinVox came to us with a clear vision: capture the conversation and return a complete, structured clinical note in under a minute.

But healthcare is unforgiving. The product had to be fast, accurate and built to a HIPAA-ready standard from the very first line of code. They didn't need a marketing site - they needed a real, secure product that busy clinicians would actually adopt.

Our Approach

Workflow first, technology second

We started with the workflow, not the tech. We mapped exactly how a provider moves through a visit - record, review, edit, sign, export - and designed an interface that stays out of the way during patient time and does the heavy lifting afterwards.

From there we engineered the platform end-to-end: a secure capture-and-transcription layer, an AI note-generation pipeline tuned for clinical structure, and an editing surface that keeps the clinician in full control before anything is finalized. Security and privacy were designed in, not bolted on.
